At Globotex, we prioritise transparency and client satisfaction. Due to the nature of creative and strategic services, all payments made toward consultation, strategy development, and marketing execution are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Partial refunds may be considered only if:

  • A cancellation request is made before any strategic or creative work begins.
  • The client has paid for a service or retainer in advance and chooses to terminate before the first deliverable is initiated.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@globotex.co.in and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund request must be made within 5-7 days after recieving the services. If approve refund will be credited into original payment method with in 5-7 days
